Designed by Danish furniture architect Severin Hansen for Haslev Møbelfabrik, this 1960s dressing table exemplifies the refined craftsmanship and clean lines of mid-century Scandinavian design. Executed in richly figured rosewood veneer, the piece balances functionality with understated elegance.
The design features a narrow drawer integrated into the apron, a hinged top concealing a folding mirror, and a storage compartment with a removable tray, all supported on Hansen’s signature slender, tapered legs. Retains the original Haslev Møbelfabrik manufacturer’s label (model no. 655).
The dressing table is in excellent vintage condition, with only a single light scratch visible on the desktop. Otherwise, the surface and structure remain exceptionally well preserved, making this an unusually fine example of its kind.
